② Interview
An interview will be held at the Heiwa Kotsu Head Office (Kunimi, Aoba-ku, Sendai City) on the agreed date and time.
We will inform you of the results by phone within a few days or the next day.
③Until joining the company is decided and training starts
<1> Those who have a second-class license
→ We will adjust the schedule and start in-house training.
<2> Those who do not have a second-class license
→ Attend the designated driving school (10 days)
◆ The cost of obtaining two kinds of licenses is fully borne by the company.
→ After graduating from driving school, you will take a subject test at the license center, and if you pass, you will be able to obtain a ２nd class license.
→ We will adjust the schedule and start in-house training.
④ In-house training from around 8:30 to around 16:00 (with break)
<1> In-house training is usually 10 days.
<2> If you are an experienced taxi driver and have left the previous taxi company (in Sendai city) within 2 years, you will receive 3 days of in-house training.

You will be required to undergo a medical examination by the Japan Preventive Medicine Association.
Lecture and test at taxi center (2 days)

Only after passing the exam can you register as a taxi driver.
(The test pass rate is about 90% or more, and materials for the test are distributed at the time of joining the company.)
