- Why do you want to become a taxi driver?were you there? ~
I used to work for a nursing care taxi company instead of Heiwa Kotsu.
I love this industry because meeting and talking with many customers encourages my growth.
Also, it's a full commission, so it's nice to be able to get paid for your hard work.
～Why did you choose this company among many taxi companies? ~
I changed jobs from a first-class hotel to a nursing-care taxi, and managed the Heiwa Kotsu night stand for about two years while continuing to work.
I was surprised that customers who boarded the taxi did not take the taxi in front of them, but walked to the Heiwa platform even on rainy days.
Besides, I decided to choose this company if I wanted to become a taxi driver because the drivers are all good people.
～How much do you earn? ~
I'll leave it to your imagination.In the future, it is expected that the cost of educating children will increase as they graduate from university, so I think that I will have to do my best in the future.

I was from Sendai, but at first I had a hard time because I didn't understand the detailed geography.Many customers have taught me every corner, such as shortcuts and back roads, and now I am proud that I can run the best route as a professional.As our understanding of geography deepens, our sales will naturally increase, so I'm happy to see our growth.
Also, it's a short time, but it's a lot of fun to talk with customers.Every day is fresh because I can hear stories from various customers.
Of course, I am human, so I sometimes make mistakes, but even in such a situation, if I can have a pleasant conversation with the next customer, I can easily change my mind.

I like the fact that I can work at my own pace, such as when I take time off for personal work or when I have to switch jobs.What I learned after joining the company is that Heiwa Kotsu has a high retention rate.
