Refunds will be made in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act.
If you have any unused coupons, please apply for a refund within the following period.
1. Types of prepaid payment instruments for which termination and refunds are required
"Taxi coupon exclusively for Koun Group"
(1 yen note) (5 yen note)
2. End date of use
July 6, 12th year of Reiwa (Tuesday)
3. Refund application period
From Wednesday, December 7, 1rd year of Reiwa to Monday, January 8rd, 7th year of Reiwa
Reception hours are from 10:4 am to XNUMX:XNUMX pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
*If you do not apply for a refund within the period, you will be excluded from this refund procedure.
4. How to apply and receive a refund
Please bring any unused coupons to the nearest office. We will check the number and value of the coupons and exchange them for cash on the spot. (First come, first served, full payment available)
*If you cannot bring your own
・Please contact us by phone or via the application form on the Hokkaido Transportation Cooperative Association website, and let us know your address, name, and contact information.
・Once you contact us, we will send you a return envelope and a refund application form. Please fill in the necessary information, enclose the unused coupon in the return envelope, and return it to us. We will check the details of the returned refund application form and the unused coupon, and transfer the total face value to your designated account.
(The cost of reply postage and bank transfer fees will be borne by the Association.)
If you apply by mail, your application will be valid until the postmark on the last day of the refund period. In addition, the personal information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than the refund itself.
