※Note)Route 102 from Owani-machi to Lake Towada (Yunokawa, Hirakawa-Takinosawa, Hirakawa-shi) will be closed in winter from late November to early April.Also, a detourNational Route 394 from Kuroishi City, and National Route 103 from Aomori City to Mt. Hakkoda and Lake Towada are open from mid-December to mid-March.There are night-time road closures from 21 PM to 7:12 AM on Prefectural Route 40, and Tashirodaira is closed from 3 PM to 7:18 AM from mid-December to mid-March. In addition, emergency road closures may occur due to snow, so we will guide you on a route that makes a large detour around the regular route.
