Hakkoda and Lake Towada is closed from mid-December to mid-March at night from 12:００ to 3:３０, and Prefectural Route 21 Tashirodaira is closed from mid-December to mid-March. In addition to the nighttime traffic closure from 7:００ to ７:３０, there may be emergency road closures due to snow, so please check when ordering or making a reservation.
