② Interview
An interview will be held at the Mutual Kotsu Headquarters on the agreed date and time.(2-39-22 Showa, Hakodate City)
We will notify you of the results by phone within a few days.
③Until joining the company is decided and training starts
<1> Those who have a second-class license
→ We will adjust the schedule and start in-house training.
<2> Those who do not have a second-class license
→ Attend the designated driving school (10 days)
◆ The cost of obtaining two kinds of licenses is fully borne by the company.
→ After graduating from driving school, you will take a subject test at the license center, and if you pass, you will be able to obtain a ２nd class license.
→ We will adjust the schedule and start in-house training.
④In-house training from 9:00 to 16:00 (with breaks)
<1> In-house training is usually 10 days.
<2> Experienced taxi driver and former taxi company(Hakodate city)Those who left the company within 2 years will receive 3 days of in-house training.

Based on DVDs and examples, we instill a thorough understanding of safe driving and driving.

Aptitude test at NASVA (half day)

NASVA's aptitude test is aimed at drivers of automobile transportation companies such as buses, hired cars, taxis, and trucks. By providing advice according to habits, it is used to prevent traffic accidents. NASVA aptitude tests are used by approximately 46 people annually.
Health checkup (half day)

You will be required to undergo a medical examination by the Japan Preventive Medicine Association.
Lecture and test at taxi center (2 days)

At the taxi center, you will acquire the necessary knowledge as a taxi driver, such as laws and geography.
Only after passing the exam can you register as a taxi driver.
(The test pass rate is about 90% or more, and materials for the test are distributed at the time of joining the company.)
