Driver support:

  • We manage the labor and attendance of drivers.
  • Directs and advises drivers on route and operational issues.

① Confirm the crew members scheduled to work on the day and check if they are attending the roll call
 Some people come later than usual or come to work at different times, so we will contact and respond to those people.

② Acquire paid leave and change shifts at the request of the crew.
 We will prioritize the crew's private life and adjust the shift according to your wishes as much as possible.

③We will collect and organize the daily reports of the crew who have finished their work, crew ID cards, car keys, etc.
④ We will also prepare for confirmation and inspection of the crew ID card of the person who will work that day and the person who will work the next day.

④ We have several hundred crew members, so we will receive calls from people who suddenly have to take a break due to various reasons, so we will respond appropriately by phone.
  1. Vehicle management:

    • Manage vehicle inspection and maintenance schedules to ensure safe operation.

Paperwork:

In addition, we will create a wide variety of documents such as weather, vehicle operation status, accident response, employee and part-time attendance status.
